Tripp and the project management team play a key role in driving that expansion. Along with monitoring project schedules, overall progress, and resource allocation, he focuses on supporting his team and looking ahead at the upcoming year to stay on top of deadlines.
Tripp brings 10+ years of experience in solar. After finishing his degree in construction management and completing an internship at a small commercial solar company, he decided to pursue a career that positively impacts the environment. Today, he still works with a few folks he met at that internship.
His favorite part of the job? “Helping individuals grow and progress in their careers. Creating an environment for them to be successful. That’s the most joyful part.”
When Tripp isn’t merging his passion for large-scale construction and renewable energy, he’s spending time with his two young children and traveling with his family.
