Meet Jean Shih, a construction project manager who joined Blue Ridge Power in November 2021. Previously, she was a Project Manager with Borrego Solar for over five years and has managed both PV and battery storage projects.
How Jean is helping build America’s clean energy infrastructure: With her organizational skills and high attention to detail, she manages project schedules, budgets, and makes sure projects complete on time and in compliance to meet all requirements.
Her favorite part of the job: “There’s never a dull moment. Every day is different and there’s always something new to work on.”
When Jean isn’t managing solar construction projects: You can find her living her foodie dreams by dining out on her favorite cuisine, authentic Asian fare. Post-pandemic, Jean is looking forward to traveling again on family vacations: “Rather than giving our kids lots of gifts, we try to give them experiences that will stay with them forever.”
