Blue Ridge Power designed the Renewable Energy Analyst/Associate Program (REAP) which takes a cohort of recent graduates and prepares them for a career in the solar industry. This comprehensive two-year training program (REAP) focuses on developing the future of our industry with individuals passionate about clean energy.
Our Program will expand your knowledge on the solar industry, give you the opportunity to work collaboratively across functional areas and continue your education through various learning and development opportunities.

Blue Ridge Power is one of the largest independent EPC solar contractors in the country with full-scale solar energy solutions including engineering, solar site design, pre-construction, construction, and operational management of solar energy assets.
The Project Management Department at Blue Ridge Power is responsible for managing projects from development handover through construction and project closeout. Project managers are consistently working with the EPC and safety team members to ensure safety, engineering, procurement and construction timelines are aligned with overall project goals.
Blue Ridge Power maintains a full complement of in-house engineers with expertise in civil, electrical and mechanical engineering with a scope of work that includes preliminary design, construction drawings, feasibility studies, utility coordination and value engineering.
