How We Do It

From drawing up preliminary designs and conducting feasibility studies to utility coordination and placing energy in the grid, our in-house civil, mechanical and electrical engineering teams work together to ensure each project is constructible, meets code requirements and stays on budget.

Through our dedication to relationship building, we’ve turned one of our industry’s greatest challenges into one of our greatest strengths—procurement.

We continue to overcome supply chain hurdles by maintaining strong partnerships with reputable vendors we can count on. This guarantees we are working with the most up-to-date technology, our costs are the most efficient, and our materials and products are of the best quality.

Our procurement team also reviews all equipment specifications to ensure that all projects completed are technically and mechanically correct.

How We Do It

Knowing each project is unique, we recognize that the greatest opportunity to optimize efficiency and reduce cost on each site is to engage with the project as early in the process as possible. Our pre-construction services optimize the electrical and civil design while choosing equipment that best suites each site.

We place the utmost value on the safety and health of our employees, subcontractors, clients and the communities we serve. We employ a 360-degree internal quality control program with specific safety protocols and checks.

We put employees first – in the on-the-job training we provide, the established safety protocols for their protection, employee benefits and the feedback we solicit along the way.

We are committed to providing the leadership necessary to promote a strong safety culture throughout the company, setting a high standard for safety and health practices and leading by example.
